The Titina Sila Foundation is a Non-Governmental and non-profit Organization with fundamental values based on the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the Convention on the Rights of the Child, and the Statute of Children and Adolescents founded The Foundation's fundamental objective is to promote the integral development of children and the defense of their Rights, seeking, at every moment, to be the Voice that draws attention, pressures, acts and carries out actions with a direct impact on children, adolescents, and their communities, thus helping them to live with joy the time of “being a child” while developing on a personal level.

Our mission

The Titina Sila Foundation's main mission is the empowerment and integral development of children with special needs in situations of social vulnerability, through programs and projects in the areas of education, health, protection, and social inclusion

Our vision is to be a leading advocate for promoting the rights of children with special needs, contributing to the construction of a fairer, more egalitarian, and inclusive society, and implementing the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs) - Agenda 2030 in Guinea-Bissau.
